Korebase was founded in December 2021 in San Antonio, Texas, with a simple idea: what if you could hire a software company that actually tells the truth?

Before starting Korebase, our team spent years building enterprise systems for manufacturing, distribution, and technology companies. We built warehouse management systems, sales CRMs, ERP integrations, and custom reporting tools. We saw what worked and what did not.

What did not work was the standard IT contractor model: overpromise on the sales call, staff with junior developers, miss deadlines, blame scope creep, and hope the client does not notice.

So we built Korebase to be the opposite. Senior engineers only. Direct communication. Honest timelines. No bait-and-switch. If we say we will deliver something, we deliver it. If we cannot, we tell you before you find out the hard way.

Today, we focus on federal government and prime contractor work because these organizations need reliable technology partners who understand mission-critical systems. The stakes are higher, the requirements are stricter, and the margin for error is smaller. That is where we do our best work.
