Korebase was founded in December 2021 in San Antonio, Texas, with a simple idea: what if you could hire a software company that actually tells the truth?

Before starting Korebase, our team spent years building enterprise systems for manufacturing, distribution, and technology companies. We built warehouse management systems, sales CRMs, ERP integrations, and custom reporting tools. We saw what worked and what did not.

What did not work was the standard IT contractor model: overpromise on the sales call, staff with junior developers, miss deadlines, blame scope creep, and hope the client does not notice.

So we built Korebase to be the opposite. Senior engineers only. Direct communication. Honest timelines. No bait-and-switch. If we say we will deliver something, we deliver it. If we cannot, we tell you before you find out the hard way.

Today, our primary focus is commercial organizations that need reliable technology partners for internal systems, operational workflows, reporting, integrations, and practical AI. We still support government and partnership opportunities when there is a strong fit, but our main work is helping businesses replace friction with software that holds up in production.
